Rasberry orders are shipped via Australia Post. We choose to use Express Post for its effective delivery methods. Once your order has been despatched a confirmation email will be sent with your express post reference number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
Please note there are no deliveries on public holidays. In case of a public holiday, your order will be delivered either prior to or the following working day.
It is important to us that you receive your parcel safely. We prefer not to leave parcels should no one be available at time of delivery. If so, a calling card will be left informing you of attempted delivery. Your parcel can be collected at your local post office. Details of collection will be provided on your calling card.
International Orders:
We only receive orders from New Zealand. International Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or TNT [our preferred freight partner]. We aim to ensure that we minimise your freight costs. Please note, we reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charge exceed our initial cost estimate.
